These online classes are designed as review lessons for Breath, Core and Pelvic Floor Workshop attendees. If you have attended any of Linda’s workshops you may find these very useful. If you have not had any lessons from her, you are welcome to try them. These lessons consist of 5-10 minute video clips that start with very basic movements.
In the beginning the lessons focus on breath, core and pelvic floor synchronized to create a stronger, healthier and more relaxed body. Linda will send you a link to a video clip every day. You will have the same clip for three days giving you the opportunity to learn it well before moving on to the next.
Some video clips will have multiple, previously learned moves. These clips will be about 10-12 minutes long.
After 4 weeks of learning you will receive a link to a 20-25 minute lesson that combines all the moves learned in the previous 4 weeks. Save the video links for your use as needed. You will easily learn which moves work best for you. Know that your body will change as will it’s needs.
In the beginning you will learn how to synchronize your breath, core and pelvic floor. The synchronization of these three essential functions will be useful in everything you do except sleep. They will need to be re-synchronized at the start of each day. It’s like tuning your engine before moving on.
